Walking in mindful peace 5:00pm – 5:30pm (30 min)
In this silent self-guided walk, you’ll walk around your neighborhood for some fresh air and a break from screens. Start your walk with a few deep breaths: invite God to show you his creation and thank Him for this time together. Then start walking at a comfortable pace, without rushing. Take turns noticing: what you see (in all directions, both near and far), what you hear, what you feel (breeze, sunshine, the ground as you take steps). As you return home, thank God for this time you shared and the gifts he revealed.

Dance party with Erika
1:00pm – 1:20pm (20 min)
Can workouts be fun? Yes they can!
We are going to get our moves by doing a dance cardio workout to some videos. Zero experience needed. You just have to have an open mind and be ready to have some fun.
What to wear: Wear clothes you’re okay with getting a little sweaty in.
Erika Ho is an example of someone who has zero hand eye coordination, but loves to dance. She doesn’t believe when someone says they can’t dance because it’s all about having a mindset change. She also thinks that Heaven will be a dance party (hello?! Wedding Feast?! ;)), so well what are you waiting for?
