CACCLC 2023 FAQ

Is there a virtual component for CACCLC 2023?
CACCLC will be held in-person at St. Anthony Retreat Center in Three Rivers, California this year, with no virtual/online component.

What’s included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes 4 days and 3 nights lodging at St. Anthony Retreat Center, 9 meals (Friday dinner to Monday lunch), a camp book, a CACCLC souvenir, a limited edition t-shirt, drinks and snacks, plus materials and administration fees used for the programs during the camp.

Will there be carpooling groups to camp?
Our ExCo will help coordinate carpools. Please indicate your interest in carpooling on your registration form.

What will the sleeping arrangements be like?
St. Anthony Retreat Center features private double and triple occupancy rooms equipped with twin beds and private restrooms.

Does St. Anthony Retreat Center accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, please indicate if you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other in your registration form and we will let the kitchen staff know.

Are we allowed to use our phones during camp?
Phone use from campers is strongly discouraged during camp activities to facilitate the most meaningful camp experience.

When will I receive my welcome packet?
A welcome packet that includes a schedule as well as a comprehensive packing list will be emailed to campers a week before Labor Day weekend.

Can I attend only part of the weekend?
For the best experience for you and your small group discussions, we ask that campers participate fully throughout the whole weekend. Please email exco@cacclc.org if you have a special circumstance to discuss.
